What the workforce may be used for, and the outreach practices we do not support.

Permitted use
Operating your own business: responding to inbound inquiries, scheduling work, following up with existing customers and leads who expect to hear from you, preparing quotes and invoices, and internal reporting.
Prohibited use
- Unsolicited bulk outreach, purchased lists, or contacts who have opted out.
- Impersonating a person, agency or company you do not represent.
- Deceptive claims, misleading pricing, or pressure tactics.
- Collecting or processing data you are not entitled to hold.
- Any use unlawful in the jurisdictions where you and your customers operate.
Communication compliance
You are responsible for consent, opt-out handling, call recording notices and messaging registration in your jurisdiction. Connected providers may impose their own requirements.
Enforcement
We may pause a workspace's outbound actions where use appears to breach this policy. Final enforcement and appeal language is pending legal review.
