Subscription & Cancellation

How billing, plan changes and cancellation are intended to work once commercial billing is enabled.

Placeholder pending legal review. This page describes how The 7th Floor intends to operate. It is not a final agreement and has not been reviewed by counsel. Nothing here creates a binding commitment.

Last updated: Draft — not yet effective

Current status

The 7th Floor is in a controlled pilot. Self-serve charging is not enabled, no commercial checkout is available, and pilot workspaces are not charged. Prices shown on the pricing page are planned commercial pricing, not amounts currently being billed. The ledger inside the product is a sandbox surface. Creating a workspace is an application and setup step, not a payment authorization.

Intended billing cycle

Subscriptions are expected to bill monthly in advance per workspace, with usage-based components (such as voice minutes) billed in arrears.

Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Cancellation

Owners will be able to cancel from the workspace at any time. Access continues to the end of the paid period, after which the workforce stops taking action.

Data after cancellation

Workspace data will remain exportable for a defined window after cancellation before deletion. The exact window, refund policy and taxes — including any automatic tax calculation applied at the time commercial billing is enabled — are pending legal review and are not effective terms.
