Your executive office, staffed on day one
Four roles — a Personal Assistant, a Chief of Staff, a Marketing expert and a Legal & Compliance research expert — working under your company's name. They are here to run the business you have today and to tell you, with evidence, when it is time to add departments.
Personal Assistant
Your conversational front door: takes the request, does what it can directly, and routes everything else to the right member of your team.
Cannot intercept native cellular calls on your phone. Screening only works for calls that actually reach a connected number, which normally means call forwarding.
Chief of Staff
Keeps priorities, follow-ups and briefings straight, and coordinates the rest of your team.
Recommends; it does not approve spending or buy anything on your behalf.
Marketing Expert
An individual marketing adviser — answers questions, researches your market and competitors, and writes plans you can act on.
This is one adviser, not a marketing department. It does not run campaigns, buy media or publish anything.
Legal & Compliance Research Expert
Researches and explains the rules that apply to your business — what the law says, where it comes from, and when you need a licensed attorney.
Not an attorney and not a law firm. It does not give legal advice and does not represent you.
- Talk to the Personal Assistant. It handles what it can and routes the rest.
- Everything consequential still stops at your approval queue.
- The Chief of Staff watches your goals and workload and raises an Expansion Brief when you are outgrowing this team.
- Nothing is purchased, upgraded or created without you approving it first.
