Terms of Service

How the service is provided, what you are responsible for, and the boundaries the workforce operates within.

Placeholder pending legal review. This page describes how The 7th Floor intends to operate. It is not a final agreement and has not been reviewed by counsel. Nothing here creates a binding commitment.

Last updated: Draft — not yet effective

1. The service

The 7th Floor provides a software back office: an AI workforce that drafts, schedules and coordinates business operations work under the supervision of the account owner.

The product is currently offered for controlled pilots. Features described on the marketing site may be simulated until the relevant provider is connected by the customer.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the users you invite, and for keeping account credentials secure. Roles determine what each user can change.

3. Approvals and autonomy

Consequential actions — customer contact, scheduling commitments, invoicing and spend — are gated behind the approval thresholds configured in your workspace. You remain responsible for the actions you approve.

4. Third-party providers

Connecting a CRM, calendar, messaging, email or accounting provider is optional and governed by that provider's own terms. Where no provider is connected, external actions fail closed and are never reported as delivered.

5. Acceptable use

Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited use may result in suspension.

6. Fees, term and termination

Subscription fees, renewal and cancellation are described in the Subscription & Cancellation terms. Either party may terminate as described there.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Final warranty, indemnity and liability language is pending legal review and is intentionally not stated here.
