Data we hold for your workspace

Account details (name, email), company profile and operating preferences, the work your workforce produces (tasks, drafts, approvals), and activity/audit records of who did what.

Data separation

Each workspace is isolated at the database level. Requests are scoped to the signed-in user's company; data is not shared between customers.

Third-party providers

Data leaves the workspace only through providers you connect, and only for the operations you approve. Where no provider is connected, no external transmission occurs.

Your controls

Owners can pause the workforce at any time, review the full audit trail, change approval thresholds, disconnect providers, and request export or deletion of workspace data.

Retention and requests

Retention periods, sub-processor disclosures and regulatory commitments are pending legal review and are intentionally not stated here.
