Enterprise
Enterprise access is scoped and confirmed by a human
Enterprise pricing is custom and is not sold through automated checkout. This page explains exactly how a request is handled during the controlled pilot.
Status: controlled pilot. The 7th Floor is in a controlled pilot. Self-serve charging is not enabled, no commercial checkout is available, and submitting this page does not create a billing agreement.
1. Email the billing team
Emailing billing@the7thfloor.ai is the only way to start an enterprise review today. Creating a workspace provisions your company record, department registry and audit log, but it does not submit, queue or register an enterprise request and does not notify anyone. Nothing is charged and no payment processor checkout is started.
2. Manual review
Enterprise scope, department roster, provider configuration and pricing are confirmed manually. There is no automated enterprise checkout in the product today.
3. Written scope before anything runs live
Live voice, video, email and messaging capabilities are only enabled for your workspace after the scope and guardrails are agreed in writing.
Who enterprise review fits
- Multi-location or multi-brand home-service operations, or a franchise group.
- A defined back-office scope: dispatch, billing follow-up, customer service, or marketing operations.
- An owner or executive sponsor who can approve guardrails and act on the approval queue.
- Willingness to run inside a controlled pilot where every provider capability is enabled deliberately.
Create a workspace for review
This takes you to workspace creation and guided onboarding. It does not submit, queue or register an enterprise request. No card is collected and no charge is made.
